GOLD ARROW TAX

Our Process

Cross-border tax is complicated. The process should not be.

Every engagement moves through the same disciplined sequence. Each file has one status, one next action, and one person responsible for it.

  1. Intake

A short structured intake tells us your filing status, income sources, foreign accounts, entities, and goals, and tells you quickly whether we are the right fit.

  2. Scope & engagement

You receive a defined scope and fee before work begins. The engagement letter states plainly what is included and what is handled separately.

  3. Documents

A tailored checklist requests exactly what your situation needs, on both sides of the ocean. We review for completeness before preparation begins, so files move forward once, not in fragments.

  4. Preparation & coordination

The return is prepared while open questions go to you or your Israeli CPA in organized batches. You always know what is pending and who holds it.

  5. Review

Every return passes a senior technical review: prior-year comparison, foreign reporting consistency, credit calculations, and the planning signals hiding in the numbers.

  6. Filing & delivery

You review, sign, and we e-file, track acceptance, and deliver a plain-English summary of the result, what changed from last year, and what to watch for next year.

What this feels like

You are informed, not chased and not chasing.

Clients receive clear status updates at every meaningful stage. When the file is waiting on the Israeli side, you know. When it is waiting on you, you know exactly what is needed and why it matters.

The result is a tax season without mystery, and a file that is defensible years later.

Begin with a conversation.

Tell us about your situation. We will let you know honestly whether we are the right fit, and what the right next step is.
