Services
01 · U.S. tax preparation
U.S. citizens and green card holders generally file on worldwide income wherever they live. We prepare individual and entity returns involving Israeli salary and self-employment, U.S. wages, investment income, rental property, retirement income, dependents, and state questions.
Filing rarely means double tax. The foreign tax credit, the foreign earned income exclusion, and treaty considerations usually do their work, but only when the facts are gathered correctly and the two systems are reconciled with care.
02 · Foreign reporting
Israeli bank accounts, investment accounts, pensions, keren hishtalmut, and kupot gemel frequently carry U.S. reporting obligations even when no tax is due. Foreign companies bring Form 5471 and the GILTI regime; foreign trusts and gifts bring their own filings.
These are the forms where penalties live. We treat them as a core discipline of the practice, not an afterthought stapled to a return.
03 · Israeli-side coordination
Many U.S. returns cannot be finished properly without the Israeli picture: what was reported, what tax was actually paid, whether the numbers are final, and how the income was classified. We ask your Israeli CPA specific, answerable questions, review Tofes 106 and Tofes 867 in the original, and keep you informed of exactly what is pending and why.
We coordinate the Israeli side for U.S. filing and planning purposes. Israeli tax advice itself remains with your Israeli CPA, and we work well alongside them.
04 · Planning & advisory
W-2 versus 1099. Whether an S corporation earns its complexity. How an Israeli company should relate to a U.S. one. Foreign tax credit strategy across years. Roth conversions, RMDs, and the sale of a business or a building.
Planning engagements are scoped in writing and end with a deliverable: a recommendation memo, a projection, an implementation checklist, and the questions your other advisors must answer. Never a vague conversation.
05 · Business owners & entities
S corporations and reasonable compensation, partnerships and basis, U.S. LLCs held by Israeli residents, Israeli companies billing U.S. ones, payroll, contractor reporting, and the trust returns that hold families together across generations.
Entity work begins with tax-ready books. Where bookkeeping is not ready, we say so plainly and help you fix it before the return, not after.
Tell us about your situation. We will let you know honestly whether we are the right fit, and what the right next step is.
